I had always dreamed of being a science communicator, growing up watching BBC science and medical documentaries.
In fact, I’ve always been creative — experimenting with graphic design, posting YouTube videos of my band’s musical performances since 2011.
But during the COVID pandemic in 2020, I realised how much harmful health-related misinformation there is on the internet. Then I saw the opportunity to start posting health education videos on social media.
My aim was to democratise high quality health information for the global public, and raise awareness of rare and important conditions — and I’ve never looked back!
I’m so grateful for all the opportunities I’ve received, and hope to continue improving other people’s lives through my work.

My videos frequently get millions of views across my social media accounts with a global audience.
You may recognise me from my 2025/26 collabs with Talk to the Nation, including the video where I recite all 206 bones in under 1 minute, which got over 100 million views across social media!
In fact, my first videos to go viral were on TikTok – top tips for the 2022 summer heatwave. Heatwave videos have since become a tradition on my account — here’s the 2026 playlist.
In November 2022, my Instagram account went from 600 to 180,000 followers in a month, thanks to my trademark Doctor Azmain’s Medical Quizzes!
